Behavior De-escalation

Recognize distress early, use respectful de-escalation, protect nearby residents, and get help when the plan is not working.

Pass requirement: Correct all 20 guided questions. Incorrect answers can be changed until the concept is correct, but each incorrect attempt deducts 1 percentage point from the final score.
